1. Order & Acceptance

After you place an order and complete payment on mpdtrading, we will send a confirmation email. The confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance. The order may be cancelled or adjusted due to reasons such as stock availability, pricing, or other factors.

2. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are as shown at checkout. Depending on the shipping address, applicable taxes or duties may be charged in accordance with local regulations.

3. Shipping & Receipt

We deliver via our logistics partners. Please inspect the package before signing. If you discover any damage or shortage, please contact our customer support within 48 hours.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt (excluding items that affect resellability and customized products). Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after inspection is approved.

5. Warranty Policy

Some products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the product page or included documentation for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mpdtrading shall not be liable for any indirect losses. The total compensation for direct losses shall not exceed the amount of the related order.

After successful payment, you can download an electronic invoice in the order details or obtain it in accordance with the page instructions.

10. Pricing, Promotions & Errors

All prices, whether tax-inclusive or exclusive, are as marked on the page. In the event of obvious pricing errors or system failures leading to abnormal prices, we reserve the right to cancel the order or negotiate an adjustment with you. Promotional activities are subject to their specific terms and conditions and may have limited quantities available on a first-come, first-served basis.

11. Shipping, Risk Transfer & Inspection

Orders are delivered to the address you provide via our logistics partners. Risk transfers to you upon delivery to you or a third party designated by you. Please inspect the outer packaging and quantity upon receipt, and if any issues are found, contact customer support within 48 hours and provide photographic evidence.

12. Returns & Refusals

Except for items affecting resellability, personalized/customized items, or items specifically stated on the page, you may apply for a return within 7 days of receipt in accordance with the process. Refusal of delivery may incur secondary shipping costs, which shall be borne by the responsible party. Returned items must retain complete packaging, accessories, and any gifts included.
